2 Weeks of Candida Cleansing!

Yesterday was day 14 -2 weeks of Candida Cleansing! It feels good to get here. I actually had probably my best day overall. My mind was productive, my body relatively so. One thing I noticed is my sleep seems to have changed just a little. I have been falling asleep earlier and waking up right about 7 hours later. I have been waking up more or less with the sun but actually waking a little earlier now. I am not sure what that is about.

Breakfast: Coffee, Cleansing Protein Shake

Snack: Carrots and Hummus

Lunch: Stir Fried Steak and Sugar Snaps

Snack: Carrots and Hummus

Dinner: Oven Roasted Chicken with Salad and Lemon Vinaigrette
