Feeling pretty good mentally today. Mind was clear for most of the day. My body was a little fatigued in the afternoon though. Doing computer work and some snow shoveling was enough to wear me out by evening. My motivation stayed low throughout the night.

Snack: Celery and Almond Butter
Lunch: Protein Shake and Carrots
Snack: Celery and Almond butter
Dinner: Hamburger with Grilled Onions and Snap Peas
