Cleansing Day 13

Well I don’t have much good to report today. I woke up with stomach cramps and have been feeling generally crappy with body aches and fatigue. I feel I am cleansing out toxins but what I wonder. It has not quite been 2 weeks so I guess the Candida may keep coming. Sometimes it is just hard to contemplate when you are eating so well, yet feeling so shitty. I just tell myself it is all for the best.

Breakfast: Cleansing Shake

Snack: Celery and Almond Butter

Lunch: Turkey Burger, Hummus and Carrots

Snack: Hummus and Carrots

Dinner: Cajun Dover Sole in Brown Butter with Sautéed Zucchini and Yellow Squash
