Day 15

Today was pretty much like yesterday. My mind is pretty productive and clear which is nice but my body is still dragging. The first 2 weeks are done and it is easier to avoid the sweets and starches. I don’t always miss them. I went to the gym today and weighed myself. I have lost a good 4 pounds since last week and that is a lot for me. I think I am my high school weight of 140#. I usually weigh 150-160. I can’t see how anyone that is actually overweight could not loose weight doing a cleansing diet like this. Off to bed nice and early again.

Breakfast: Cleansing Protein Shake
Snack: Carrots and Hummus
Lunch: Left Over Stir Fry Beef and Left Over Dinner Chicken with Broccoli
Dinner: Southwest Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Sauteed Spinach and Garlic
