Diet day 17

Today I think I am feeling the effects of the chelation, positive cleansing effects, but also some negative detox symptoms. I noticed with my first chelation, before I was on the candida cleanse diet, that my energy, mood, circulation, hormones, seemed to get a little lift. I feel that a little today but I think the combination of the candida diet is keeping it to a minimum. Just my feeling.

Breakfast: Goat Yogurt with Lemon and Vanilla
Snack: Sprouted Bread
Lunch: Turkey Burger
Snack: Carrots and Hummus
Dinner: Left Over Pot Roast
Snack: Yogurt
