Yesterday got off to a slow start but that is typical after working a late night. I have some slight fogginess again but over all I felt good. I have to wonder though if my slight infractions in my Candida Diet could cause this slight fogginess or is it just the ongoing die off from my antifungal. I am monitoring it closely everyday. As a chef, there are times when I must taste what I am preparing. In doing so I tasted the least amount possible of a soup that contained a base with yeast extract in it as well as a meat pie filling that contained egg and pastry dough. I don’t feel this is a problem so much for the Candida but possibly for my allergic reaction to yeast. I feel that is the toughest challenge for me. The initial body cleanse is not hard compared to a 3 month total elimination of yeast. I hate to think that my slight indiscretion could set me back to square one. Remember, that Immuno Labs says it takes 2 months to reset the cells memory so that it won’t react with an immune allergy response.
