Diet Day 28

Yesterday was a little better. I worked a short day and was not so wiped out in the evening. I was still a little sore on my lower right side. I am headed to the doc in a little while. Got lots to talk about.

Breakfast: Cleansing Shake
Snack: Hummus and Carrots
Lunch: Chicken
Snack: Pea Protein Shake
Dinner: Chicken in the Crock Pot with Broccoli
Snack: Goat Yogurt
